The GEAR UP Idaho Scholarship is available to students who participated in the early intervention component (7th-10th grade) of the GEAR UP program and will graduate in 2012, 2013 or 2014. Below is how to apply for the Idaho Scholarship (In United States).
Awards will range from $0 to the equivalent of that year’s maximum Pell grant award and is renewable for up to four years.

Eligibility:
- To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be less than 22 years old at time they first receive their scholarship award.
- Be a graduating senior of an Idaho high school participating in GEAR UP
- Enroll as a full-time undergraduate student at North Idaho College, Lewis-Clark State College, College of Southern Idaho, Eastern Idaho Technical College, University of Idaho, Boise State University, Idaho State University, Brigham Young University-Idaho, Northwest Nazarene University, The College of Idaho, or College of Western Idaho
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to February 15
- Apply for the GEAR UP scholarship in the same year as their graduation from high school.
